Article 1
In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 6 is replaced by the following: ‘6. Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banca d’Italia for the financial years 2023 to 2027.’.

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.
