In Article 13(1) of Decision 2013/233/CFSP, the last subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of EUBAM Libya from 1 October 2023 until 30 June 2025 shall be EUR 53 442 350,13.’.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall apply from 1 October 2023.
