Article 1
1. The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the OACPS-EU Council of Ministers as regards the adoption of Joint Guidelines for the conduct of the partnership dialogue provided for in Article 3 of the Partnership Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Members of the Organisation of the African, Caribbean and Pacific States, of the other part (‘the Samoa Agreement’) shall be based on the draft Decision attached to this Decision.
2. Minor technical corrections to the draft Decision may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union within the OACPS-EU Council of Ministers, after consulting the Council preparatory body responsible, without further decision of the Council.
