This Decision shall enter into force on 23 September 2019.

This Decision is addressed to the organisers (members of the citizens' committee) of the proposed citizens' initiative entitled ‘Actions on Climate Emergency’, represented by Mr Thomas EITZENBERGER and Ms Astrid Cecilie BUDOLFSEN acting as contact persons.
