Article 1
The Arrangement between the European Union and the Republic of Iceland on the modalities of its participation in the European Asylum Support Office is hereby approved on behalf of the Union ( 4 ) .

Decision
Council Decision (EU) 2023/2165 of 10 July 2023 on the conclusion of the Arrangement between the European Union and the Republic of Iceland on the modalities of its participation in the European Asylum Support Office
Article 2
The President of the Council shall , on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 13(1) of the Arrangement ( 5 ) .
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
