Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2199 of 17 October 2023 granting derogations to certain Member States as regards the provision of statistics pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy statistics (notified under document C(2023)6856)

Article 1

The derogations from Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008 set out in the Annex to this Decision shall be granted to the Member States listed therein.

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the Republic of Cyprus, Romania, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Finland.
