Data and metadata exchange standards

Article 30

1.   Member States shall transmit data and metadata to the Commission (Eurostat) in electronic form via the single entry point services in accordance with the statistical data and metadata exchange standards. 2.   Confidential data, as defined in Article 3(7) of Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 shall be flagged appropriately when transmitted to the Commission (Eurostat).

Metadata exchange deadlines

Article 31

Member States shall annually review and update their HPI and OOH price index metadata for the current year and transmit them to the Commission (Eurostat) by 30 June.
