Article 1
In Article 48 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/128, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The information to be submitted under this Article shall be communicated in an electronic form through an information system.’

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
