Article 1

Annex II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1441 is corrected as follows:

in Table 1, note (***) is replaced by the following:

‘(***)

Use the following ranges: “ EUR 4-50 million ”, “ EUR > 50-100 million ”, “ EUR > 100-500 million ”, “ EUR > 500-1 000 million ”, “ more than EUR 1 000 million ”.’

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
