Subject matter and scope
This Regulation lays down rules on: (a) checks on conformity to marketing standards for the sectors and products referred to in Article 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2429 at all marketing stages; and (b) the requirements for notifications of non-conformity following conformity checks.
