The references of harmonised standards for cableway installations drafted in support of Regulation (EU) 2016/424, listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union . The references listed in rows 1, 6, 8 and 16 of that Annex are published with restriction.

Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/354 of 19 January 2024 on harmonised standards for cableway installations drafted in support of Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of the European Parliament and the Council
Communication 2018/C 114/04 is repealed.
However, it shall continue to apply with respect to the reference of the harmonised standard listed in Annex II to this Decision until the date of withdrawal of that reference set out in that Annex.
Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1923 is repealed.
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
