The Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Albania on operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in the Republic of Albania (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union ( 5 ) .
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 22(1) of the Agreement ( 6 ) .
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
