The Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/740 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Point (1) of the Annex shall apply from 14 March 2028.

ANNEX The Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/740 is amended as follows: (1) row 4 is deleted; (2) the following row 4a is inserted: No Reference of the standard ‘4a. EN 71-4:2020+A1:2025 Safety of toys – Part 4: Experimental sets for chemistry and related activities’; (3) the following rows 12 and 13 are added: ‘12. EN 71-15: 2025 Safety of toys – Part 15: Formamide in foam toy materials (content). 13. EN 71-16:2025 Safety of toys – Part 16 Certain chlorinated phosphorus flame retardants (TCEP, TCPP, TDCP) in toy materials’.
