Article 1 Union testing facility for eco-design and energy labelling

HBLFA Francisco Josephinum, Weinzierl 1, 3250 Wieselburg, Austria, is hereby designated as a Union testing facility for eco-design and energy labelling.

Article 2 Review of the designation

The designation as a Union testing facility referred to in Article 1 of this Decision shall be reviewed in accordance with Article 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1267 by 18 June 2029, and every 5 years thereafter.

Article 3 Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
