Financial arrangements
Article 11
1. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 shall be EUR 1 720 432,62. 2. The financial reference amount intended to cover the implementation of the training programme for subsequent periods shall be decided by the Council. 3. The expenditure financed by the reference amount set out in paragraph 1 shall be managed in accordance with the rules and procedures applicable to the general budget of the Union. 4. The Commission shall supervise the proper management of the expenditure financed by the reference amount referred to in paragraph 1. For that purpose, it shall conclude a grant agreement with the College of Europe.
