Article 2
(1) Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 shall apply in Sweden as from the day of entry into force of this Decision. (2) By way of derogation from paragraph 1, Articles 24 to 27 and 31 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 shall apply in Sweden as from the twentieth day of the appointment of the European Prosecutor from Sweden in accordance with Article 16 of that Regulation.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
