Article 1

Mr Markus NIGGEMANN, representative of a regional body who is politically accountable to an elected assembly, Staatssekretär im Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Energie, Klimaschutz und Europa des Landes Brandenburg (State Secretary in the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy, Climate Action and European Affairs of the State of Brandenburg), is hereby appointed as a member of the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2030.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
