Article 1
In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following:
‘4. Mazars S.A. and Deloitte & Associés S.A.S. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banque de France for the financial years 2024 to 2029.’.

Council Decision (EU) 2024/2001 of 16 July 2024 amending Decision 1999/70/EC concerning the external auditors of the national central banks, as regards the external auditors of the Banque de France
Article 2
This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.
Article 3
This Decision is addressed to the European Central Bank.
