Article 1

In ArticleΒ 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraphΒ 4 is replaced by the following: β€˜4.Β Β Β Mazars S.A. and Deloitte & AssociΓ©s S.A.S. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banque de France for the financial years 2024 to 2029.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the European Central Bank.
