Article 1

In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: ‘4. Mazars S.A. and Deloitte & Associés S.A.S. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banque de France for the financial years 2024 to 2029.’.
