The signing, on behalf of the European Union, of the Council of Europe Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence, Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law (‘the Convention’) is hereby authorised, subject to the conclusion of the said Convention ( 9 ) .
The Commission shall ensure the signing of the Convention, subject to its conclusion.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
