1.   The State aid which Hungary is planning to implement in favour of GKN Automotive Hungary Kft. (previously Rubin NewCo 2021 Kft.), amounting to HUF 15 917,4 million (EUR 43.76 million) in discounted value is incompatible with the internal market. 2.   The aid may accordingly not be implemented.

Hungary shall inform the Commission, within two months of notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
