Transport of waste exclusively within a Member State

Article 36

1. Each Member State shall establish an appropriate regime for the supervision and control of the transport of waste taking place exclusively within its national jurisdiction. That regime shall take account of the need for coherence with the Union system established by Titles II and VII. 2. Member States shall inform the Commission of their regime for supervision and control of the transport of waste. The Commission shall inform the other Member States thereof.
