Article 1
1. The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/265 is amended as follows: ‘India Asian Granito India Limited Crystal Ceramic Industries Private Limited Affil Vitrified Private Limited Amazoone Ceramics Limited C920’ is replaced by: ‘India Asian Granito India Limited Crystal Ceramic Industries Limited Affil Vitrified Private Limited Amazoone Ceramics Limited C920’ 2. TARIC additional code C920, previously attributed to inter alia Crystal Ceramic Industries Private Limited, shall apply to inter alia Crystal Ceramic Industries Limited as of 15 February 2024. 3. Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by Crystal Ceramic Industries Limited, in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/265 as regards Crystal Ceramic Industries Private Limited, shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.
