Article 1

The name ‘زيت زيتون تبرسق / Huile d’Olive Téboursouk’, registered as Appellation of Origin in the International Register, shall be protected in the Union.

The name referred to in the first paragraph identifies a product of the type ‘Olive oil’.

Article 2

The protection referred to in Article 1 applies to the entire territory of the European Union and supersedes the national regime of protection applicable in the Member States which are party of the Lisbon Agreement. Continuity with the national protection granted in those Member States to Appellation of Origin ‘زيت زيتون تبرسق / Huile d’Olive Téboursouk’ shall be guaranteed.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
