Article 1

The Union authorisation for the biocidal product family ‘Lyso IPA Surface Disinfection’ granted by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/978 to Schülke & Mayr GmbH with the authorisation number EU-0023860-0000 is cancelled.

Article 2

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/978 is repealed.

Article 3

Biocidal products of biocidal product family ‘Lyso IPA Surface Disinfection’ shall no longer be made available on the market from 26 January 2025 and existing stocks of such biocidal products shall no longer be used from 25 July 2025.

Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
