Article 1

Annex V to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX Annex V to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 is amended as follows: (1) points 1.2 and 1.3 are replaced by the following: ‘1.2. The reference colour is green 50/0/100/0 in the CMYK process, No 376 in the Pantone colour chart and 169/201/56 in the RGB colour model. 1.3. The organic production logo of the European Union may also be used in black and white as shown below, or in a totally inverted white and black (negative format), but only where it is not practicable to use the colour model: ’; (2) point 1.5 is replaced by the following: ‘1.5. If a logo is used on a background which makes it difficult to see it, a delimiting outer line around the logo shall be used to improve the contrast with the background.’.
