TECHNICAL FORMAT FOR REPORTING INFORMATION ON MEDIUM COMBUSTION PLANTS COVERED BY DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2193
For the purpose of reporting the information set out in this Annex to the Commission, any reference to ‘Plant category’ should be understood as a reference to the table ‘Part 1, Plant categories’ set out in Annex I to this Decision.

2.7

2.8
Changes to medium combustion plants
Examples of measures referred to in Article 9 of Directive (EU) 2015/2193 aimed at ensuring that the operator informs the competent authority of planned changes to the medium combustion plants which would affect the applicable emission limit values

System for compliance check
Method used to verify that emissions monitored, with continuous or periodic measurements, do not exceed the emission limit values referred to Article 6 of Directive (EU) 2015/2193 (description of the system referred to in Article 8 of Directive (EU) 2015/2193 such as use of inspections, self-measurements, external measurements or other measures, use of accredited organisations to carry out controls).
