Article 1

Decision (CFSP) 2023/162 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 13, paragraph 1 is amended as follows: (a) the second sentence is deleted; (b) the following subparagraph is added: ‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to EUMA for the period from 20 February 2025 until 19 February 2027 shall be EUR 44 199 520.’ ; (2) in Article 18, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. It shall apply until 19 February 2027.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
