Interaction of the ERCC with Member States’ contact points

Article 3

1. Each Member State shall designate a national contact point for the ERCC that is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The designation shall be made using the ‘country template’ set out in Annex I. 2. The ERCC shall maintain close contact with the Member States’ contact points for the purpose of carrying out its regular duties and the response operations provided for in this Decision and in Decision No 1313/2013/EU.
