Article 1

The performance targets included in the draft performance plan submitted by the Czech Republic for the fourth reference period (‘RP4’), listed in the Annex to this Decision, are consistent with the Union-wide performance targets for RP4 set out in Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/1688.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Czech Republic.
