1. Based on the logs referred to in Article 9, the platform shall automatically produce at least the following statistics:
(a)
regarding the JITs collaboration platform usage indicators:
(1)
peak usage times of the centralised information system and the communication software;
(2)
frequency of access and use of the centralised information system and the communication software per individual JITs collaboration platform user;
(3)
number of open JIT collaboration spaces;
(4)
number of JIT collaboration spaces created;
(5)
number of closed JIT collaboration spaces;
(6)
average duration of the JIT collaboration spaces;
(7)
number of the individual JITs collaboration platform users, including a breakdown by user profile;
(8)
number of Member State administrators, EPPO administrators and JITs Network Secretariat administrators per JIT collaboration space;
(9)
number of JIT collaboration spaces to which Eurojust, Europol, OLAF and other competent Union bodies, offices and agencies or representatives of an international judicial authority that participates in a JIT, are granted access;
(10)
number of open JIT collaboration spaces pertaining to JITs that have retrieved funding data from the JITs system;
(11)
number of JIT collaboration spaces not used in the operational phase of a JIT;
(b)
regarding the specific functionality indicators:
(1)
number of events created in the calendars;
(2)
number of tasks created;
(3)
number of tasks assigned to other individual JITs collaboration platform users;
(4)
number of messages published on the information board;
(5)
number of invitations to audio- and video- conferencing calls;
(6)
number of user redirects from the platform to the JITs restricted area;
(7)
number of administrative reports generated;
(8)
number of evidence traceability reports generated;
(9)
number of collaborative JIT evaluations started and finalised;
(10)
number of user-by-user JIT evaluations started and finalised;
(11)
number of technical and business support requests submitted;
(12)
number of downloads of the communication software;
(c)
regarding operational data indicators:
(1)
number of files uploaded to the centralised information system;
(2)
number of files downloaded from the centralised information system;
(3)
total size of files uploaded to the centralised information system;
(4)
total size of files downloaded from the centralised information system;
(5)
average deadline within which the uploaded operational data may be downloaded;
(6)
average period for storing operational data in the centralised information system;
(7)
number of files uploaded to the centralised information system by the competent authorities of third countries and representatives of international judicial authorities;
(8)
total size of files uploaded to the centralised information system by the competent authorities of third countries and representatives of international judicial authorities;
(9)
number of files rejected by the controller of the data uploaded by third countries and representatives of international judicial authorities;
(10)
total size of files rejected by the controller of the data uploaded by third countries and representatives of international judicial authorities;
(d)
regarding non-operational data indicators:
(1)
number of files uploaded to the centralised information system;
(2)
number of files downloaded from the centralised information system;
(3)
total size of files uploaded to the centralised information system;
(4)
total size of files downloaded from the centralised information system;
(e)
regarding technical indicators:
(1)
number of concurrent users of the centralised information system and the communication software;
(2)
average disk space used by the JIT collaboration spaces to store data in the centralised information system;
(3)
number of email and in-platform notifications sent by the centralised information system;
(4)
number of machine translation requests sent, per functionalities referred to in Article 4(13)(a), (b) and (c);
(5)
average response time of the machine translation service;
(f)
regarding quality of service indicators:
(1)
response time for every operation carried out in the platform;
(2)
the period of uptime and downtime of the centralised information system and the communication software;
(3)
technical success/failure ratio of each operation carried out in the platform;
(g)
regarding other indicators:
(1)
information about the types of device used by the JITs collaboration platform users to access the centralised information system and the communication software;
(2)
information about the operating systems used by the JITs collaboration platform users to access the centralised information system and the communication software;
(3)
information about the web browsers used by the JITs collaboration platform users to access the centralised information system.
2. The statistics referred to in paragraph 1 shall be produced daily, shall not contain any personal data, and shall not directly or indirectly reveal the identity of individual JITs collaboration platform users or the data exchanged by them.
3. The statistics referred to in paragraph 1, points (a) and (e), (f) and (g), shall not reveal the identity of individual JIT collaboration spaces or JITs.
4. The statistics referred to in paragraph 1 (b), (c) and (d), shall be produced separately for each JIT collaboration space, and separately for each Member State, third country, the EPPO, Eurojust, Europol, OLAF and other competent Union bodies, offices and agencies or representatives of an international judicial authority that participates in a JIT. Those statistics shall be made available in the centralised information system for all JIT members of a given JIT collaboration space from the Member States bound by Regulation (EU) 2023/969. Each JIT member from the Member States bound by Regulation (EU) 2023/969 shall be able to consult the statistics pertaining to that Member State, as well as to third countries, Eurojust, Europol, OLAF and other competent Union bodies, offices and agencies or representatives of an international judicial authority that participates in a JIT.
5. For monitoring purposes and for the reporting referred to in Article 26(6), first subparagraph, point (a), and second subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2023/969, eu-LISA shall have access to the statistics referred to in paragraph 1. That access shall not reveal the identity of individual JIT collaboration spaces or JITs.
6. Every week after the date of the start of operations of the platform, eu-LISA shall provide the Commission and the JITs Network Secretariat with the aggregated weekly statistics referred to in paragraph 1. Those statistics shall not reveal the identity of individual JIT collaboration spaces or JITs.
7. For the purpose of the reporting referred to in Article 26(4) of Regulation (EU) 2023/969, at the request of eu-LISA, the competent authorities of the Member States bound by Regulation (EU) 2023/969, Eurojust, Europol, the EPPO, OLAF and other competent Union bodies, offices and agencies, shall provide eu-LISA with information on their assessment of the development process, the scope and the security of the platform.
8. For the purpose of the evaluation and subsequent reporting referred to in Article 26(6), first subparagraph, point (b), and third subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2023/969, at the request of the Commission, eu-LISA, the competent authorities of the Member States bound by Regulation (EU) 2023/969, Eurojust, Europol, the EPPO, OLAF and other competent Union bodies, offices and agencies, shall provide the Commission with information on their usage of the platform, specifically on the platform’s scope, usability, quality of service, performance and security.
9. For the purpose of the reporting referred to in Article 26(8), second sentence of Regulation (EU) 2023/969, at the request of the JITs Network Secretariat, the competent authorities of the Member States bound by Regulation (EU) 2023/969, Eurojust, Europol, the EPPO, OLAF and other competent Union bodies, offices and agencies, shall provide the JITs Network Secretariat with information on potential improvements to and new functionalities of the platform.
