Decision 2013/233/CFSP is hereby amended as follows: (1) in Article 13(1), the following subparagraph is added: ‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of EUBAM Libya from 1 July 2025 until 30 June 2027 shall be EUR 51 969 371,38.’ ; (2) Article 16 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 16 Entry into force and duration This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall apply until 30 June 2027.’.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall apply from 1 July 2025.
