Article 1 Entry into force and duration

Decision 2013/233/CFSP is hereby amended as follows:

(1)

in Article 13(1), the following subparagraph is added:

‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of EUBAM Libya from 1 July 2025 until 30 June 2027 shall be EUR 51 969 371,38.’

Article 16 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 16

Entry into force and duration

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

It shall apply until 30 June 2027.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

It shall apply from 1 July 2025.
