Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf concerning the nomination of aΒ Union representative to the Board of the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage and the sharing of seats between the representatives of the Commission and the Member States is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
