The measure taken by France, via its relevant market surveillance authority, Agence Nationale des Fréquences, notified on 5 October 2023, in accordance with Article 40(4) of Directive 2014/53/EU, via the information and communication system referred to in Article 34(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 (ICSMS)  ( 25 ) , to withdraw iPhone 12 A2403, manufactured by Apple Inc., from the market, is justified.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
