Rear Admiral Marco CASAPIERI is hereby appointed as EU Operation Commander for the European Union military operation in the Mediterranean (EUNAVFOR MED IRINI) from 12Β September 2025.

Decision (CFSP) 2024/1848 is hereby repealed.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 12Β September 2025.
