Amendments to Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238

Article 1

Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/3238 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 2, point (d), the date ‘30 September 2025’ is replaced by ‘31 December 2025’; (2) in Article 4, the date ‘31 December 2025’ is replaced by ’31 January 2026’; (3) the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.
