Council Decision (EU) 2025/2378 of 21 October 2025 appointing two members and two alternate members, proposed by the Republic of Latvia, of the Committee of the Regions

Article 1

The following representatives of local bodies who hold an electoral mandate are hereby appointed to the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2030:

(a)

as members:

—

Ms Mairita LŪSE, Deputāte, Rīgas dome (Council Member, Riga city council),

—

Mr Jānis ROZENBERGS, Deputāts, Cēsu novada pašvaldības dome (Council Member, Cesis municipality council);

and

(b)

as alternate members:

—

Mr Edgars IKSTENS, Deputāts, Rīgas dome (Council Member, Riga city council),

—

Mr Leons LĪDUMS, Deputāts, Aizkraukles novada pašvaldības dome (Council Member, Aizkraukle municipality council).

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
