Amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404

Article 1

Annexes V and XIV to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 are amended in accordance with Part I of the Annex to this Regulation.

Correction to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404

Article 2

Part 2 of Annex V to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/404 is corrected in accordance with Part II of the Annex to this Regulation.

Entry into force and applicability

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . However, Article 2 shall apply from 13 December 2024.
