Article 1

The proposed health claim set out in the Annex to this Regulation shall not be included in the Union list of permitted health claims as provided for in Article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
