Article 1

Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Shall not be placed on the market or used, on their own or as constituents of other substances, in clay targets for shooting from 22 April 2026 if they contain more than 50 mg/kg (0,005 % by weight of dry mass of the clay target) of the sum of all listed PAHs.’
