Definition
Article 1
For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply: — ‘AML/CFT authority’ means an authority entrusted with the public duty to ensure compliance with Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 8 ) , — ‘group supervisor’ means group supervisor as defined in Article 3(1), point (15), of Directive (EU) 2019/2034 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 9 ) .
