Article 27
For market operators and investment firms operating a trading venue, APAs and systematic internalisers which are authorised before 23 November 2025, this Regulation shall apply from 23 August 2026.

Entry into force
Article 28
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
