Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1222 of 2 April 2025 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the harmonised classification and labelling of certain substances
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from 1 February 2027.
However, suppliers may classify, label and package substances and mixtures in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
