Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1222 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 February 2027. However, suppliers may classify, label and package substances and mixtures in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
