Article 1 Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/148

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/148 is amended as follows:

(1)

in the title, the name ‘Zoetis SA’ is replaced by ‘Phibro Animal Health SA’;

(2)

in the second column of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/148, the name ‘Zoetis SA’ is replaced by ‘Phibro Animal Health SA’.

Article 2 Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2094

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2094 is amended as follows:

(1)

in the title, the name ‘Zoetis Belgium SA’ is replaced by ‘Phibro Animal Health SA’;

(2)

in the second column of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2094, the name ‘Zoetis Belgium SA’ is replaced by ‘Phibro Animal Health SA’.

Article 3 Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1172

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1172 is amended as follows:

(1)

in the title, the name ‘Zoetis Belgium SA’ is replaced by ‘Phibro Animal Health S.A’.;

(2)

in the second column of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1172, the name ‘Zoetis Belgium S.A.’ is replaced by ‘Phibro Animal Health SA’.

Article 4 Transitional measure

The feed additives concerned, produced and labelled before the date of entry into force of this Regulation in accordance with the rules applicable before that date, may continue to be placed on the market and used until stocks are exhausted.

Article 5 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
