Directive 2014/24/EU is amended as follows: (1) Article 4 is amended as follows: (a) in point (a), ‘EUR 5 538 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 404 000’; (b) in point (b), ‘EUR 143 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 140 000’; (c) in point (c), ‘EUR 221 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 216 000’; (2) in Article 13, the first paragraph is amended as follows: (a) in point (a), ‘EUR 5 538 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 404 000’; (b) in point (b), ‘EUR 221 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 216 000’.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2026.
