Article 1

1.   Article 4 of mplementing Regulation (EU) 2021/633 is amended as follows:

is replaced by

‘PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia

2.   The TARIC additional code B962 previously attributed to PT. Miwon Indonesia shall apply to PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia, as of 7 January 2025. Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 4 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/633 as regards PT. Miwon Indonesia shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
