Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2341 of 13 November 2025 entering the geographical indication Boudin blanc de Liège (PGI) in the Union register of geographical indications pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/1143 of the European Parliament and of the Council

Article 1

The geographical indication ‘Boudin blanc de Liège’ (PGI) is hereby entered in the Union register of geographical indications referred to in Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1143.

Article 2

Companies in the Fédération de l’industrie de la transformation de la viande et autres protéines (FENAVIAN) , that marketed a product under the name ‘Boudin blanc de Liège’ or another name infringing Article 26(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1143 for a period of at least five years preceding the date of publication set out in Article 15(4) of that Regulation are authorised to continue to use the name in question for a transitional period of five years from the entry into force of this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
