Reporting
Member States shall, by 30 April of each year, submit to the Commission and to the other Member States a report mentioning the following: (a) the measures taken during the preceding calendar year pursuant to this Regulation and on the results of the measures provided for in Articles 3 to 10; (b) the number of samples taken in accordance with Article 8(2); (c) the reasons for using the derogation provided for in Article 9(4) and the measures taken as a result.
Repeal of Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1503
Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1503 is repealed.
Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 3(2), Article 5(5)(b), and Article 8(3) shall apply from 1 January 2027.
