Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Point (1) of the Annex to this Decision shall apply from 14 July 2027.

ANNEX Annex I to Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/1668 is amended as follows: (1) row 22 is deleted; (2) the following row 22a is inserted; ‘22a. EN 13852-1:2025 Cranes – Offshore cranes – Part 1: General-purpose offshore cranes.’.
